All services are customized to client requirements and may include the use of third-party tools (such as hosting, plugins, themes, or email providers).
2. Payments
All payments must be made in advance before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments for services are non-refundable (see our Refund Policy for details).
Clients are responsible for covering any costs related to third-party tools required for their projects (e.g., premium themes, plugins, hosting, cloud servers, email services).
3. Revisions & Support
Amzetix offers revisions within the scope of the selected package until the agreed deliverables are met.
Any requests beyond the original scope of work may require additional charges.
Our support team is available during working hours (Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 5 PM USA time) for ongoing assistance.
4. Delivery Timeline
Project timelines are agreed upon before work begins.
Delays may occur if required information, content, or approvals are not provided by the client on time.
Amzetix is not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers or client-side issues.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary information, files, and instructions to begin the project.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables promptly.
Amzetix will not be liable for errors, delays, or issues resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client input.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to use the final deliverables (logos, designs, websites, etc.) for their business.
Amzetix reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Amzetix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, or software integrations.
8. Policy Updates
Amzetix reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
