Return & Cancellation Policy
At Amzetix, we strive to provide high-quality digital services including e-commerce solutions, SEO, design, development, and customer support. Since our services are digital and customized to each client’s needs, traditional returns are not applicable. However, we provide clear guidelines on cancellations and adjustments.
1. Service Returns
As all services are digital and customized, they cannot be “returned” once delivered.
Clients are encouraged to review project requirements carefully before confirming their order.
For concerns about your service, our team will provide revisions and adjustments (within the scope of your package) to ensure satisfaction.
2. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible before the project has started.
Once work has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted, and the payment will be considered final.
For services that include third-party purchases (e.g., hosting, themes, plugins, or software), cancellations are not possible after these items have been ordered.
3. Ongoing Services (Subscriptions/Support)
For recurring or subscription-based services (e.g., hosting, email services, ongoing SEO, customer support), cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
Any fees already paid are non-refundable, but services will continue until the end of the billing period.
