At Amzetix, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer flexible return and refund options to ensure a hassle-free experience.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of order delivery. To make the process as convenient as possible, we provide a free return shipping label. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund, deducting only the cost of the original shipping.

Refunds

Standard Refunds:
After receiving your returned item, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Order Cancellations (Pre-Dispatch):
If you’d like to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our support team at support@amzetix.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll issue a full refund, including shipping.

Order Cancellations (Post-Dispatch):
If the order has already shipped, a return will be necessary. Once the item is received back, we will issue a refund for the purchase amount excluding shipping charges.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 2 business days for our team to process return and refund requests after receiving the item or cancellation notice. We aim to make this process smooth and efficient for our customers.
